Lewisham’s civic service and parade will take place on Sunday 13 November at Lewisham War Memorial, Lewisham High Street (directly opposite Lewisham Hospital). A parade, led by Sergeant Major Nick Connell of 101 Regiment will proceed along Lewisham High Street to the War Memorial. A service, led by Father Steve Hall of St Mary’s Church with contributions from other faith leaders and civic dignitaries, will commence at 10.55am until approximately 11.40am. Traffic will be stopped for a two minute silence at 11am. Lewisham residents are welcome to attend the service. Those wishing to attend are asked to arrive at the Lewisham War Memorial from 10.30am.
